Can I get a refund if I don’t like it?

Due to the fact that The Breakfast Club is a complimentary resource to mentoring packages booked with me, there are no refunds. Make sure to check out the mentoring options, and get in touch before going ahead with a booking.

How do I enroll in courses?

When you are logged in, you’ll see an ‘Enroll’ button at the bottom of each course page. Once you’ve enrolled, you can find all your courses under the ‘My Account / My courses’ menu.

How do I access the digital resources?

When you are logged in, you’ll see a download link at the bottom of each resource page. Some downloads are compressed into a .zip file, so make sure to download these on your computer, not a mobile device.

Why is the site so slow right now?

Sometimes the site can load slower than normal. That means there might be a higher than usual number of members accessing courses at the same time. While I do my best to have the Breakfast Club working as zippily as possible, there are a lot of moving parts, such as web hosts and cloud drives, that are out of my hands, so rather than tearing your hair out it might be better if you try again in a little while.

How long do I have access to the resources?

Your membership will stay active if you book at least one mentoring package with me each year.

My motivation for offering ALL my courses and resources as a complimentary service through the Breakfast Club is because I want to help you to build a business in a more quiet way while keeping my own business small and personal. This means there is no big team dealing with helpdesk issues, it’s pretty much just me and perhaps the odd office cat.
